Jim Bader, DVM

  Jim Bader, DVM graduated from the University of Illinois in 1988. He worked in Allegan and Holland before starting Mapleview Animal Hospital, PC in March 1992. He is married to Merri and has four children, Quinten, Kailene, Karsten and Karina. Jim became involved in Greyhound rescue in the early 1990's and was instrumental in forming Renewed Life for Greyhounds, Inc. in 1998. In addition, he and Merri raise and show Rottweilers, Clumber Spaniels, Havanese and Cardigan Welsh Corgis (www.locksleydogs.com) He is a member of AVMA (American Veterinary Medicine Association), AAZV (American Association of Zoo Veterinarians), AARV (American Association of Reptile Veterinarians) and AAAV (American Association of Avian Veterinarians)
